Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are a sole trader business and are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices — the price you see is the price you pay. We take care to ensure prices and product details are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue before the order is dispatched. A contract between us is formed only once we confirm your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Most items ship direct from our production partners and typically arrive within 10–20 business days; selected UK-held lines are marked on the product page and arrive sooner. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Returns & Cancellations

As a UK consumer you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Full details of how to return an item and how refunds are handled are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Product Fitment

We work hard to describe which vehicles each accessory fits. Fitment guidance is provided in good faith to help you choose the right item. If you are unsure whether a product fits your exact model, year or trim, please contact us before ordering and we will be glad to help.

Our Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the price you paid for it.
