Dispatch & Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days of being placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order
Every order is sent fully tracked. Once your parcel is on its way, the tracking link in your dispatch email lets you see exactly where it is and when to expect it. If a tracked parcel appears delayed, contact us and we will chase it up with the courier straight away.
