MG HS Illuminated LED Door Sill Plates
Wireless USB-rechargeable illuminated LED door sill plates for the MG HS. No wiring required — each plate has a built-in lithium battery that charges via USB in around 2 hours and lasts up to 3 months per charge. A built-in door sensor turns the light on automatically when you open the door and off when you close it, and the plates fix in place with strong internal magnets (no fiddly 3M taping needed). Choose from 7 RGB colours (white, red, blue, green, yellow, purple and ice blue) with multiple lighting modes. Made from durable acrylic with an IP67 waterproof rating, they welcome you in with a bright glow while protecting the door sills from everyday scuffs. What's included: a set of illuminated LED door sill plates.
Tailored to fit your MG. Precision-made for your exact model — not a generic, trim-to-fit product like most marketplace sellers offer.
Lease-friendly protection. Helps protect paintwork from scuffs and stone chips — useful if your car is leased and needs to go back in good condition.
What it solves
- Shields door sills and edges from shoe scuffs and scratches
- Covers the area that wears first on everyday family use
- Keeps paint and trim looking newer for longer
Fitting in 3 steps
- 1Clean the area with soapy water, then wipe with an alcohol wipe and let it dry fully.
- 2Dry-fit each piece first so you know exactly where it sits before peeling the backing.
- 3Peel, position and press firmly along the full length; avoid washing the car for 24 hours.
